Below are most commonly asked questions, please browse through and if you do not find your answer we will be happy for you to contact us!

We usually send orders out within 48 hours of order being placed. All re-current orders are shipped on the 1st of each month.

We usually ask for 7-10 business days for all custom orders. This includes non-stock shroud sizes custom orders as per client request.

We accept all major credit cards including American Express. Bank transfers can be done and account details will be given when placing an order.

A padlock will be visible in the bottom right of your web browser, this means you are in secure mode – this should always be when entering personal or payment details.

Being in secure mode means all your details are encrypted for increased security (256 bit). We use advanced encryption so that your card details cannot be seen

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for all orders placed – this prevents you from inadvertently revealing any personal information. We use your card details to process your orders and we will ask for them for every order placed. The three digit card signature code will be required to place an order – this ensures that your card cannot be misused

Orders shipped to any of the 48 states in the US are shipped via UPS Ground. The order is dispatched within 48 hours of ordering and will be sent from our New York Branch. . It is usually delivered within 1-5 days from the day of shipping.

Orders shipped in the UK will be shipped via local courier. The order is dispatched within 24 hours of ordering and is delivered next day. Orders will be sent from our London branch.

Orders sent to Europe, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa are shipped via DHL Express. The order is dispatched within 48 hours of ordering and will be sent from our UK branch.

Orders shipped in Israel will be shipped via local courier. The order will be dispatched within 2-4 days of ordering. Orders will be shipped from our Israel Branch.
